3. APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION AND VENUE
This web site is created, controlled, owned and operated by Keir-Williams in Johannesburg, South Africa. The laws of the Republic of South Africa shall govern and control this Agreement, the performance of each party under this Agreement, your use of this online-shopping system, and your purchase of products and services through the online-shopping system. You and Keir-Williams each agree that any action or proceeding commenced for any purpose or matter pertaining directly or indirectly to this Agreement, any purpose or matter arising from or in connection with the performance of this Agreement, any purpose or manner arising from or in connection with your use of the online-shopping system, and any purpose or manner arising from or in connection with your purchase of products and services through the online-shopping system shall be commenced and maintained only in a court in the Republic of South Africa.

4. DESCRIPTIONS OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The products and services offered for sale through the use of the online-shopping system contain descriptions that are provided by Keir-Williams's suppliers, vendors, licensors, and off the products concerned. Keir-Williams does not warrant or represent that such descriptions are complete and accurate.

5. AGE OF USER
If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years, you may use the online-shopping system and purchase products and services, only with the involvement and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

6. TERMINATION OF USAGE
Keir-Williams shall have the right at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice to you to (i) cancel any order; or (ii) terminate or suspend your right to purchase any product or service through the use of this web site.

8. DISTRIBUTION
a. All products are distributed through the South African Post Office.
b. Keir-Williams is not able to ship products outside of the borders of South Africa.
c. All goods are insured through the SA Post Office (2% per product) and this amount is indicated on all orders and is to be paid by the customer.
d. Postal charges are subject to the pricing policies of the SA Post Office. Such charges are calculated as an estimate on your order, and are subject to revision once order is packed and weighed. Minimum charge per order is R20.

9. PRICING
a. The price indicated for each product or service offered for sale throughout the online-shopping system represents the full retail price listed on the product (including VAT), whether purchased online or from the store directly.
b. The price indicated for each product or service offered for sale through the online-shopping system may increase or decrease between the time an item is placed in your shopping cart and the time the purchase of such item is actually made by completion of the check out process. You will be responsible for the payment of the purchase price in effect at the time the purchase of an item is actually made by completion of the check out process.
c. The price indicated for each product or service offered for sale through the online-shopping system may be incorrectly stated on the web site. In the event the purchase price for an item is incorrectly stated, Keir-Williams may, in its sole discretion, (i) contact you for instructions before shipping the item and charging you for such item; or (ii) ship the item to you at the lower of the incorrectly stated price or the actual purchase price.

This Pricing Policy only applies to products and services that are sold through the online ordering system. Products and services that appear on third party downloadable price lists are subject to the pricing policies of such third parties.
